Newport Yacht Basin is a marina condominium association on the east side of Lake Washington in Bellevue, one of the first of its kind in the United States when it was developed in 1975. Facilities include secured gates, restrooms, a pump-out station, and dockside water and electricity at every slip, with tenants responsible for their own electricity usage through Puget Sound Energy. Newport Yacht Basin is also home to the Bellevue Yacht Club, and reciprocal guest moorage is available to visiting yacht club members through the club, though space is limited. Eastside Marine Brokerage operates on site as well, giving slip holders access to boat sales and brokerage services without leaving the marina.

The City of Bellevue operates a public boat launch adjacent to the marina, with limited permit parking available for vehicles with trailers, and the private Newport Shores Yacht Club Marina sits next door for those seeking a different moorage option in the same area.
