Virginia Beach Fishing Center is a full-service marina and home to the largest sport-fishing charter fleet in Virginia, conveniently located on Rudee Inlet just 200 yards from the mouth of the Atlantic Ocean. Open seven days a week for fuel, dockage, and information, the marina offers a store stocked with tackle, bait, ice, t-shirts, and more, along with a large parking lot for customers and paid parking for other beach activities.

The charter fleet is made up of some of the best captains on the East Coast, all fully licensed, United States Coast Guard inspected, and running year-round out of Virginia Beach for both inshore and offshore sportfishing adventures. Beyond charters, the marina offers transient dockage, tournament slips, and monthly and annual slip rentals for vessels up to 120 feet, with diesel available in most slips and gasoline on the floating docks. A newly renovated Southside Annex accommodates vessels with height restrictions greater than 28 feet.

Virginia Beach Fishing Center is also a hub for competitive fishing, hosting events throughout the season including the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament in June and the F. Wayne McLeskey Memorial Open at the end of August, giving anglers plenty of opportunities to fish for top prizes.

Summer hours (Memorial Day-Labor Day) run daily 7am-7pm, and winter hours (Labor Day-Memorial Day) run daily 8am-5pm. The main annex and marina store are located at 200 Winston Salem Avenue, with the Southside Annex at 416 Southside Road, both in Virginia Beach.
