SailTime Houston is a sailing club membership and ASA-certified sailing school based at Watergate Marina in Kemah, Texas, part of the national SailTime franchise network with locations across the country. New Beneteau sailboats give members a way to sail Galveston Bay or anchor and watch the sunset over Clear Lake — safe, clean, and easy to sail, without the cost or hassle of full ownership.
Membership offers guaranteed sailing, flexible scheduling, and access to new model yachts, while an Ownership program lets boat owners generate monthly revenue and professional yacht management while still sailing their own boat up to 14 times a month. The Sailing School teaches safe, logically sequenced ASA-certified courses, with the business genuinely proud of training some of the most competent sailors in Houston — not the cheapest option, but described as the best. The Fleet page details the specific modern, luxurious, and easy-to-sail vessels available.
SailTime maintains an active blog covering topics like planning a first overnight sailing trip, sailing vacations for couples, and knowing when a new sailor is ready to sail solo.
Hours run daily, 9am-5pm (weekdays and weekends).
For sailors near Kemah/Houston, Texas looking for a low-commitment sailing club membership, boat ownership management, or ASA sailing lessons, SailTime Houston offers a well-established operation within a larger national franchise network.
