Ocean Yacht Club, incorporated in 1896, is a private fraternal organization and one of the oldest continuously running organizations in Stapleton — believed to be the oldest yacht club on Staten Island. The clubhouse sits directly on Staten Island’s North Shore waterfront, adjacent to New York Harbor.

The club maintains a banquet hall available for rent by members and non-members (subject to club approval) for private events such as birthdays, graduations, christenings, showers, communions, and anniversaries.
