The Private Sunset Cruise (2 hours, from $495) offers a peaceful evening on the water watching for dolphins as the sky changes color. Trips run aboard a 24-foot boat (1-13 people) or the newer 27-foot Epic Voyager (1-18 people), with an even larger boat coming soon for groups up to 18.
