E-Fishinsea Sport Fishing Charters is a full-service charter operation out of Rudee Inlet in Virginia Beach, located at the southern end of the iconic Virginia Beach Boardwalk, led by Captain Greg Weaver. Additional specialty trips include Deep Dropping for Blue Tile, Golden Tile, and Black Sea Bass (with possible Grouper), Middle Ground trips for Mahi, Kings, and occasional summer Tuna, and Wreck Fishing for Black Sea Bass.
Captain Greg is USCG-licensed and fully certified in First Aid and CPR, and the charter carries all required permits, so no fishing license is needed. State-of-the-art tackle and equipment are provided, and every catch is cleaned and bagged at no extra charge.
Rates run $650 for a 4-hour inshore trip, $725 for a slightly further 4-hour nearshore trip, $1,000 for a 6-hour nearshore trip, $1,600 for an 8-hour nearshore trip, $1,800 for Wreck Fishing, $2,000 for a Middle Ground trip, $2,900 for a full 12-hour offshore or deep-dropping trip, and $3,400 for an extended 14-hour offshore day, all per boat (not per person). A $100 deposit is required, refundable for weather cancellations; final payment is preferred in cash (credit cards carry a 3.5% fee), and cancellations within 24 hours of the trip forfeit the deposit. Mates work for tips only (20% customary).
