From mid-September through mid-October, the operation follows the fish back up the Columbia River as new arrivals continue stacking into the system. Austin holds a Coast Guard certified license, is fully insured, and is CPR and First Aid certified, using top-of-the-line bait, tackle, and boats sourced through a network of fishing industry sponsors. A 50% deposit secures a booking, with the remaining balance plus applicable sales tax due the day of the trip, and rescheduling is available with at least 15 days’ notice.
